Heartbeat Founder Bill Drummy Honored with PharmaVOICE Red Jacket Award
New York, August 6, 2018 — Bill Drummy, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of leading healthcare marketing agency Heartbeat, has been honored with the prestigious Red Jacket Award from premier healthcare communications trade publication, PharmaVOICE magazine.
The Red Jacket Award was established in 2014 as a “hall of fame” extension of the PharmaVOICE 100, the publication’s esteemed, annual list recognizing the 100 most inspirational, motivational, and transformative individuals throughout the life-sciences industry. The Red Jacket Award specifically honors a select and distinguished group of leaders who have been lauded by their colleagues and peers as PharmaVOICE 100 designees multiple times. Mr. Drummy has thrice been named to the PharmaVOICE 100 list, having been selected in 2017, 2015, and 2008.
Mr. Drummy is one of five 2018 Red Jacket award recipients. In addition to repeated PharmaVOICE 100 designations, Red Jacket Award honorees are noted by PharmaVOICE to “have raised the bar in terms of what it means to be an inspired leader for their teams, their companies, their communities, and for the industry at large.” The magazine also states that selection each year is based on a number of qualifying criteria, including:
